Nutritionist Melissa Ramos (@sexyfoodtherapy) shares her recipe for the Power Balls she showed off on The Social

 
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 scoops chocolate/vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup almond meal
  • 2 scoops E3Live blue-green algae
  • A couple of pinches of sea salt
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes (for rolling)
Directions
  1. Combine everything together except for the flakes and roll into small balls.
  2. Roll balls in the flakes.
  3. Freeze and eat before a workout or no more than 30-minutes after a workout
