Tips for navigating a restaurant menu

Eating out a restaurant is pretty great—you get to socialize with your favourite people and take a break from the kitchen to enjoy food that someone else prepared for you. Sometimes, though, you might leave the restaurant feeling overfull and like you probably could have made some better choices. 

Registered dietitian, Stephanie Clairmont, wants to make sure this doesn't happen to you, so she stopped by with some of her tips on how to eat right when you're hitting up a restaurant.
