One of the most common resolutions to kick off a new year is the promise to be more productive – but as we all know, resolutions don't always stick. How can we stay on track in 2016? Chris Bailey has some suggestions.

After spending a year of his life conducting experiments related to productivity, Chris wrote about his findings in his first book, The Productivity Project: Accomplishing More by Managing Your Time, Attention, and Energy

In the clip above, Chris explains where to start when it comes to prioritizing our time. He also discusses whether caffeine actually helps us be more productive, explains whether multi-taskers actually get more done, and reveals the biggest attention suckers that distract us.
